I disagree with the recent reversal of the addition of former Interstate 470 in Maryland, as the reason for the reversal is based entirely on a non sequitur. Yes, it is true that the 270 spur was known as I-270 when I-270 was known as I-70S. But that does not mean that the spur was never known as I-470. The fact is that after I-70S was redesignated as I-270, the spur was designated as I-470 before it became I-270 Spur. Confusing, but true. I've emailed Alex about that, asking if he knows the source of it. None of the other places that should mention it (Kurumi, mdroads.com, http://www.roadstothefuture.com/I270_I370.html ) say anything about it. --SPUI (talk) 23:13, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)
