Not everything on this site is reliable but the images they upload is relaible. The map should calculate AR as turquoise state because they send people out side to photograph shields. By the way most of future routes esp. Interstate 364 is not reliable-that's city speculation. I believe ever since 2006; Arkansas switch those shields with neutral ones.
