[edit] Northridge Earthquake

I live withing walking distance of the 105, I drive it every day listening to traffic reports... and NOBODY refers to it as the "Century" freeway....

The old joke about the Century Freeway was, it would take 100 years to build. However, the fact that the freeway was available when the Northridge earthquake collapsed two overpasses on the parallel Santa Monica (I-10) freeway was no joke.

When the I-105 freeway opened, i remember how it was repeatedly called the freeway to nowhere.... It's funny now how so many people now need to get to nowhere....LOL

[edit] Exit List

This article could use an exit list, any one willing to make one?Metallic95 01:43, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Exclusion of Joint Freeway/Transitway construction

It's very bothersome to me that all the Green Line links were removed from the article except for the mention of two stations which gives it a very disjointed read for people looking for information about the freeway. I know this happened a while back, but the article should have more mention of that, similar to the article for Kennedy_Expressway. I will review what has been done and make edits accordingly.
