[edit] Academic Writing Style

This article is good reads a bit too much like a scientific review and is not very accessible to the lay person. Could anyone have a go at making the style a bit easier to understand. Reduced use of abbreviations and jargon would help. 81.179.234.128 19:28, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

it probably sounds that way because it is completely plagiarized from an academic text: australasian Psychiatry Vol. 7 Issue 1 Page 25 February 1999 INTERPERSONAL THERAPY: AN INTRODUCTION FOR CLINICIANS by Michael Robertson —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.181.197.87 (talk • contribs) 17:19, 30 July 2007

Thank you for pointing that out. It is indeed a copy of that article. I will try to restore a pre-copyvio version. According to the contribution history, the text from the Robertson article was added 12 December 2006.--Paul Erik 00:10, 25 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Merge to Interpersonal psychotherapy

I assumed this to be a non-controversial merge. Interpersonal therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy refer to the same treatment (IPT), and the latter term is the one used most often in the literature. --Paul Erik 00:28, 25 August 2007 (UTC)
