The significance is that it is that they provide the internet tunnel from japan to the states. Without this company the U.S. would not have direct access to japanese websites. It's only a stub right now because i don't know that much about them besides the one point but I wasn't just going to put that. It's meant as a starter for an article. Also, even if it wasn't that important in the states it still doesn't mean it doesn't belong on wikipedia Zephalis (talk) 02:43, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
