[edit] Neutrality

This article has a very pro-ISEA slant. Usually there is opposition to creating any new international body (e.g. the International Criminal Court or UN Parliamentary Assembly) as its get closer to being established. However, if no opposing views can be found to balance this article, I will accept the explanation that opposition has not materialized yet, because I couldn't find anything through a cursory web search either. UN is opposed by some countries and people and a UN article is not contrary to NPOV. But also there is no opposition to the ISEA, so delete the neutrality tag. 77.210.118.236 12:11, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
Delete the neutrality tag now. HybridBoy 12:33, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
