What do Nazi's have to do with conferences on eugenics? Their section seems to be on eugenics in general and not specifically on this topic, the conferences. The inclusion of that section is possibly out of place and reads like it was added to fit someone's personal agenda. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.234.159.129 (talk) 05:45, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

While the Nazis were not participants in the conferences, the conferences prepared the ground for the Nazis (see Bruinius, Harry: Better For All the World. The Secret History of Forced Sterilization and America's Quest for Racial Purity, and Edwin Black: War Against the Weak. Eugenics and America's Campaign to Create a Master Race), and the Nazi state-mandated and -directed implementation of eugenic ideas as espoused at these conferences exposed their moral bankruptcy explaining why there were no further conferences.Ekem 00:01, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
