[edit] 39th IChO changes

Since this year's Olympiad, there were some changes in awards given. The honorable mentions are now awarded to 10 best non-medalists based on the overall score. There was also no special award for the winner. If anyone feels like it, please add this information - I have no idea how to incorporate it smoothly into the article.
