[edit] University of Puget Sound
Look, I attend the University of Puget Sound. It is not affiliated at all with the Methodist Church. The IAMSCU list is quite simply wrong. It says the denomination is Methodist when, in fact, if you asked any university administrator or checked the university's website you would find that we have NO religious affiliation or denomination. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kroush (talk • contribs)
- There has already been some discussion of this at Template talk:MethodistColleges. Perhaps you would like to join the discussion rather than simply reverting other edits to that template. The problem may in part be with the use of the word, "affiliated." -MrFizyx 05:14, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
- The problem is actually quite simple. UPS is NOT Methodist and people are saying that it is. Perhaps you should discuss it before adding it back. It's very black and white. UPS is not a Methodist university. Anyone who says otherwise is just plain wrong. KDR 11:07, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

- However the article states that Puget Sound is not Methodist denomination, but historically affiliated with the Methodist church and still involved in there organizations. Perhaps there should be a specific reference made to Puget Sound, within the article. But I see no objection to fact that Puget Sound is a member to this organization. - thank you Astuishin 15:15, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
- I've posted my suggestion at Template talk:MethodistColleges. Why don't we try to keep the conversation centralized on that page. -MrFizyx 16:38, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
