[edit] Only three?

Claims like "only three" are always suspect. It took me only a moment to find three in England alone:

• Two in the Peak District
• Ebbing and Flowing Well, Giggleswick at grid reference SD803654. It is still marked with this name on the 2½ inch map but I remember standing beside it many years ago and seeing no action.
