[edit] Your edits to Interactive Networks Inc.
I have noticed three editor accounts are creating content for the pages about this company - do any of you have any reasons why this company is WP:Notable? Are any of you involved with the company otherwise? I admit that I am already considering filing a petition for its deletion as this looks like a simple ad, but I am of course willing to be shown this is not the case. Lundse 21:34, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] My edits to Interactive Networks Inc.
I don't really know where to reply to this, but I'll do so here and hope for the best. Interactive Networks Inc (or INI, as it is known to locals) is pretty big in Uruguay (uruguayans seem to always be proud of 'national products', especially notable products from uruguayan companies and the sort), with a huge 'little engine that could' sentiment attached to it. I don't really have the time to do so now (dig up some articles, but if necessary, I could do so later), but it was all over the news last year (or was it beginning of this year?) for being the second company to receive capital from this risk capital association here formed by a bunch of the best-known entrepreneurs in the country (I do however remember that the company they have is called 'Prosperitas').
I do agree that this is no Microsoft or Google, but for local fame within us people who love technology and for being a huge example of the entire Uruguayan movement in software development, I thought it was worthy of an article (plus, its products are relatively well-known throughout the globe - I'm guessing this might have been one of the biggest reasons to why such an investment would be made on it by top entrepreneurs). I guess that ultimately depends on you and the rest of the community - however, if there is any uruguayan software company that truly deserves their own wikipedia spot, this is it right here.

[edit] And now what?
As the article stands now, it is more or less a verbatim copy of the company's own overview [1] - this should of course be changed, along with the overabundance of links internal to the company. But should the article be here at all? I am unsure, so I'm asking for outside opinions here... Lundse 06:24, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] I didn't even know you guys had replied
Tell you what. I'll be making substantial changes to the INI page in the following weeks since I'm due for some well-deserved free time then. Once the new non-lazy version is done, I'm sure it'll be ok. Sorry for the laziness! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 200.40.182.14 (talk) 19:01, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
