[edit] Probability vs Information theory
The article states "Next, using basic probabilistic reasoning, Dembski derives an instance of what Peter Medawar (in 1984) identified as the law of conservation of information..." This is problematic as probability theory and information theory are two separate fields of mathematics. I have therefore requested a quote (here on talk) to see what the hades this statement is referring to. HrafnTalkStalk 15:40, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
- I've removed the ""Next, using basic probabilistic reasoning" per discussion above & lack of a quote. I am curious however as to how Medawar, an immunologist, is qualified to 'identify' "the law of conservation of information".
