[edit] Notability

I removed the prod tag from this article because after looking into what this organization was, it's clear that it's fairly notable. Just a visit to their web page establishes this. Their 2008 conference is sponsored by PBS, NPR, Certified Public Broadcasters, among others, and the keynote speaker for the conference is Jimbo Wales! I'm just having trouble finding good references for them, not because there aren't any, but because there are so many hits in Google and Google News that wading through press releases to find real news is time-consuming. -- Atamachat 00:45, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Found some references.
Here's a reference from the Seattle Post-Intelligencer: On Radio: Public broadcasters confront change
Here's one from the Seattle Times about reporters at the 2006 Integrated Media Association Conference talking about Hurricane Katrina experiences: Dedicated journalists didn't bow to Katrina

None of those establish reliability for the company, they're trivial name mentions of the founder. I don't know that a notable speaker!notable organization but I'm willing to wait for more reliable source coverage to come (or not) before taking it to AfD TRAVELLINGCARIMy storyTell me yours 01:48, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
Trivial name mentions of the founder? Did you actually read those articles? The first article is entirely about the Integrated Media Association Conference of 2006, the whole article. Mark Fuerst is constantly quoted throughout the article, not just mentioned once. The second article is about New Orleans but framed around comments made by broadcasters at that same conference. Both articles are about the conference this organization held. I suggest you read each article again in full. -- Atamachat 15:28, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
