Into Your Arms
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Into Your Arms" is a song by alternative rock band The Lemonheads. The song is included on the 1993 album Come on Feel the Lemonheads. It reached no. 1 on Billboard's Modern Rock Tracks chart in November 1993. It remained at number 1 for 9 weeks, a record at the time that they were tied with U2 for, the record would later be broken by Oasis, Red Hot Chili Peppers and most recently Foo Fighters (a band Jesse Peretz of the Lemonheads has closely worked with).
The song like, the big hit from their last album It's a Shame about Ray, was not written by the Lemonheads, "Into Your Arms" was written by Robyn St. Claire of the band the Hummingbirds.
