The show has many twists, for example:

Chung Ching's son, Sing, is not his biological son, but turns out to be the love child of his wife, Winnie, who conceived Sing with Chung Ching's colleague/ best friend.
Lai Siu is adopted and happens to have a twin sister, who separated with her when they were young.
Kei Lam-lam is not the daughter of an executive, but happens to be the daughter and love child of the executive's wife and the family chauffer.
Tai Po turns out to be another woman's (played by Michelle Yim) daughter, from a previous marriage.
