Interstate 490

Interstate 490 is the designation for two Interstate Highways in the United States, both of which are connected to Interstate 90:
- Interstate 490 (Ohio), the Clark Expressway in Cleveland, Ohio.
- Interstate 490 (New York), an expressway in Rochester, New York, portions of which have received various official and unofficially designations, including the Erie Canal Expressway, "Dutchtown Expressway", the "Eastern Expressway", and part of the "Inner Loop".
