The term international real estate is a relatively new phenomenon. Many people believe that the development of this sector of real estate business was strictly connected with the establishment and increase in the importance of the modern media such as internet or international media. If one looks at companies like [1] fusedworld.com he can clearly observe that they are new to the business of Real Estate but they are prospering really well. Due to the development of internet and especially www such companies ( like [2]fusedworld) are becoming a global players. It is not true that the International Real Estate did not exist before the World Wide Web, but it is certainly true that it was not as effective and accessible as it is nowadays.
