International Wireless Care

International Wireless Care is a division under AT&T Mobility that supports their customer bases international roaming and dialing questions and concerns. Based in Paramus, New Jersey, and South Dakota the department takes inbound calls for customers who are about to travel overseas with their GSM wireless phones. International Wireless Care educates the customer on how to use their device before sending them off. The International Provisioning Center the sister department of International Wireless Care, assists in the provisioning of international features through fraud prevention and providing exceptional customer service and education.

International Wireless Care also plays the role of a technical desk under the network operations group of AT&T Mobility they take calls from customers who are already roaming in countries around the world that are having difficulty with services such as GSM, GPRS, EDGE, Text Messaging, as well as UMTS.

Right now the International Wireless Care department of AT&T employees over 240 people between its two centres.

IWC has two former support desks located in Honolulu, Hawaii and Victoria, British Columbia.

Currently the top producing team for this division is Alli's All Stars. With her superior managerial skills and high octane motivational ability, she has transformed her team into a well oiled world class customer service machine.
