International Sport Combat Federation

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

International Sport Combat Federation (ISCF) is a sanctioning body for the sport of mixed martial arts with an aim of recognizing a set of worldwide champions. The ISCF sanctions professional and amateur MMA, as well as submission wrestling.

In 2006, the ISCF became the largest neutral-non promoting MMA sanctioning body in North America, sanctioning over 300 events a year.[1]

In 2007, the ISCF grew even more as it sanctioned over 400 events.[2]

The ISCF is the sister organization of the International Kickboxing Federation. It is based in Newcastle, California, and its president is Steve Fossum.
