International Litigation Network
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The International Litigation Network (ILN) is a network of twelve American Law firms that holds itself out as specializing in representing non-US clients, in particular in connection with (a) applications for Section 1782 Discovery (evidence-taking, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ยง 1782) in the United States and (b) Enforcement of foreign judgments (from non-US courts). The network makes one or more international litigation specialists available, by phone, during the European work day.
ILN is referred to in an article published by the American Bar Association's International Litigation Quarterly in March 2008.
