International Leadership Institute (ILI) is a leadership institute in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It operates in a partnership with Azusa Pacific University of the United States of America and other African Leadership Institutes to offer Masters Degrees, undergraduate degrees, diplomas, certificates and other training programs.

ILI offers its Masters Degree program in “Organizational Leadership” at its Bahir Dar, Awassa, Addis Ababa and Adama branches.

There Parterners include Christian Relief & Development Association(CRDA), Leadership Center of Ghana(LCG), Hope Africa University, International Leadership Association (ILA), and the World Bank.
