International Children Assistance Network

International Children Assistance Network (ICAN) - non-profit organization providing help for parents, caregivers and the general population in promoting the healthy development of children from prenatal to the age of 5 years old.[1] Established and based in USA.

The Organization implemented project in Vietnam called "Strategy to Promote Public Awareness of Vietnamese Children's Health and Safety Issues" with total amount of spendings about 25,000 USD in 2004.[2]
