International Association of Iranian Managers

International Association of Iranian Managers also known as I-AIM among its members is a not for profit and non governmental organization aimed at improving quality of management knowledge, practice and skills in Iran and the middle east region. It follows the following objectives:

-Enhancing the quality of management training in Iran and in the region with the focus on young leaders of private sector

-creating a network of academics in the field of management and business, managers, management consultants, and business owners inside and outside of Iran so there would be interactions among them which then will improve the management knowledge in Iran and the region

The organization has been established with the help of some elite members of Iranian management and business community in 2005. Since then I-AIM has been pursuing its objectives through setting up executive level workshops, short seminars for both academics and business owners, and a list of Iranian managers across the globe. It is estimated that I-AIM has about 5000 members mostly from Iran, United States, Canada, and Europe. I-AIM is collaborating with many universities and scientific organizations such as Knowledge Diffusion Network, Sharif University of Technology, Iranianprofessor.com, Industrial Management Institute, and Shahid Beheshti University.

I-AIM management organization has four components: Board of Diretors, Executive Board, Advisory board, and different specialized groups such as Management Consulting Group, Visiting Lecturer Group, etc.
