Intermediate Capital Group (LSE: ICP) is a leading British-based provider of mezzanine finance. It is headquartered in London and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

The business was founded by six investnent professionals in 1989. It was first listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1994. In 2008 it was reported that its investments totalled € 7.7 billion[1] and that the credit crunch was driving its growth.[2]
