Intercity Football League (traditional Chinese: 城市足球聯賽; pinyin: Chéngshì zúqiú liánsài) is a Taiwanese football (soccer) league run by Chinese Taipei Football Association (CTFA). It was founded in 2007 after the transformation of National First Division Football League (now Enterprise Football League). Different from the latter, registered players of Intercity Football League are grouped by their places of residence, such as Taipei City, Yilan County, Tainan City, etc., rather than specialized football teams, such as Taipower. (However, Tatung F.C. represented Taipei City in the 2007 league season.)
By Intercity Football League's establishment, CTFA hoped to root football into each area in Taiwan and to seek supports from local governments, councilors, and companies. In the first league season, several magistrates served as team leaders, including Chou Hsi-wei (Taipei County), Chen Ming-wen (Chiayi County), and Lu Kuo-hua (Yilan County).
