Intelligroup, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITIG, OTC) is an information technology (IT) services, solutions and consulting corporation founded in New Jersey, U.S. in 1987.

Intelligroup specializes in SAP Consulting. It has numerous support & implementation projects. Some of the very huge multinational corporations, such as Hitachi, Coke, PnG, Sony have outsourced their SAP Support operations to Intelligroup. Apart from SAP, Intelligroup is also active in Java, .NET, Oracle & PeopleSoft consulting. It is one of the major vendors for Microsoft.
