In present day Miami, Collin Mathers, (Milo Ventimiglia, Heroes, Gilmore Girls and Rocky Balboa) follows a hot lead to tie up his feature story and reveal new graphic details behind closed doors in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The background of this politically-charged story is based on true historical events.
