[edit] Summary

Logo of the Internationale Arbeiter Hilfe in Berlin, a Communist organization that existed in the 1920s.

It is the logo from an organization (International Workers Relief) that no longer exists (and hasen't existed since the 1930s). Therefore it is fair use.
