the ICE isn´t really private as far as I know (unfortunatly I haven´t found a link to prove this). I think it also should point out that there is a big resistance against the [[Dominican Republic-Central America Free Trade Agreement|TLC] from this company because they are afraid of competition. --Elconejo 20:50, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
