[edit] Deed of arrangement v Trust Deeds
This is an actual term defined in law - it is not necessarily the same as a Deed of Trust. I ahve therefore reverted it in the list to the former. Brookie :) - a will o' the wisp ! (Whisper...) 04:43, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
I see, Brookie, but I think the earlier posting was aiming to refer to Trust Deeds, a Scottish insolvency procedure, so I have added Trust Deeds (as well as leaving Deeds of Arrangement, which I agree is another insolvency procedure altogether). Herpophile 26 March 2008
