The company is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan with offices in Westborough Massachusetts and Portland Oregon USA. Intel is said to own approximately 20% of the company[citation needed]. The company's market capitalization of the company's common shares is currently less than US$30m. The company's main product is EFI-compliant computer system firmware (software).
