The Institute for Applied Spiritual Technology was founded by Bhakti Tirtha Swami, and is a non-profit, non-denominational organization whose staff members represent a variety of spiritual paths and professional backgrounds.[citation needed]
The mission of the Institute is to conduct seminars and offer services wherein members of the communities involved can support and assist each other's spiritual development.[citation needed]
