Institut für Neutestamentliche Textforschung

The Institut für Neutestamentliche Textforschung (Institute for New Testament Textual Research) in Münster, Westphalia, Germany, is the principal organization for the investigation of the text of the New Testament. Initially established under the direction of Kurt Aland, the Institute is responsible for registering New Testament manuscripts and for editing the Novum Testamentum Graece as well as the Editio Critica Maior, which is currently in production.
