Insparisk was founded in 2007 by Stephen Kleva as a primary provider of inspection services to meet the growing need for safety.[1] It was formed as the parent company of City Spec[2], a New York City based inspection company providing a variety of safety inspection services. City Spec's sister company, Monument Inspection Services[3], opened in January of 2008 to provide safety inspections for the State of Virginia.[4]
Insparisk uses a proprietary software called VersentiaTM[5] which manages safety inspection data from a wireless means (Versentia Mobile) making the data available instantaneously on the internet for review from a data solution application called Versentia Online.
