Inskip is a small village in the Fylde area of Lancashire. The village is close to the former RNAS Inskip airfield, which site still serves the armed forces as a tri-service communication centre.
In addition, it is home to one of the Sea Cadet Corps training centres. Specialising in subjects such as meteorology, expedition and leadership training and cookery and stewarding, the centre hosts hundreds of cadets and instructors from around the UK every year.
