The girls meet the disgusting Roach Coach, who commands millions of cockroaches. Blossom refuses to crush the bugs, because "being ugly on the outside doesn't mean you're ugly on the inside."

The episode begins with Bubbles being chased by a roach along the wall in the Utonium household. The Professor catches it and explains to the girls that they need to be a little more sensitive to insect for, "What is 'Icky' on the outside can be, pretty on the inside." They try to take the advice to heart, though difficult to believe. The professor lets the roach free, outside...

High above the street in the city of Townville a filthy man in an equally filthy roach infested room watching down on the microscopic people far below with derision. To him they are all basically insects waiting/needing to be squished. The same roach that The Professor freed then crawls onto the man’s shoulder. Apparently, it had been a “spy” insect sent to the outside world to make sure if the time for infestation was right. The man decides they attack tomorrow.

In mere seconds, Townsville is infested with cockroaches. Blossom reluctantly tries to handle the problem humanely by containing all of the many roaches in a giant jar. But soon, the Filthy man reappears on the street making himself known as, Roach Coach and riling all the jarred roaches into bursting through the glass and swarming around the man who then utilizes them into one giant roach, which immediately swallows the girls.

Shortly after they all break through and squish all the roaches via sharp chops and punches. Roach Coach, who was high above in the "head" formation when the lower part of the insect rally perished, falls far below and smashes onto the street. It is then revealed that Roach coach actually IS a roach controlling an android human body.

Though everyone prefers it squished, Blossom takes the professors urging of sensitivity to heart and instead has it normally sent to prison like the rest of the villains, except roach coach is behind bars AND kept in a jar.
