Insanitarium is an upcoming 2008 horror thriller directed by Jeff Buhler. The film follows a man, faking insanity, in order to save his sister who has been involuntarily institutionalized. The siblings then find the doctor at the asylum has been feeding the patients drugs that turn them into flesh eating psychopaths.
