Talk:Inrush current limiter

[edit] What is it

Surely an inrush current limiter is any device that limits inrush current. While thermistors are popular, fixed resistors are as well. Tabby (talk) 11:41, 30 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] operation

A series thermistor never allows full supply voltage to reach the following circuit, ie its resistance does not fall to zero. Tabby (talk) 11:41, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
