Purpose of use	Identify a notable movie in the History of Singapore that was done by Jack Neo. It's also apparently a notable part of the Culture of Singapore (though the justification here seems somewhat scantier, and could probably be removed as decorative).
Replaceable?	Irreplaceable. It's a copyrighted movie; no free image is possible that is also correct for what the movie actually is. No art has been released into the public domain to my knowledge.
