Innherredsferja was a Norwegian ferry operator in Trondheimfjord in Nord-Trøndelag. It operated the ferry routes between Levanger and Ytterøy, and between Inderøy and Mosvik. In 2004 the company was bought by Fosen Trafikklag.
The last ferry to Mosvik went on December 19, 1991 when the Skarnsund Bridge opened across the sound, making the ferry crossings redundant. As of January 1, 2007 the company also lost the operation of the ferry to Ytterøy, due to a public service obligation (PSO) contract loss to Tide.
