I have labeled this version of this article as an advertisement because

It uses promotional phrases such as "[company name] is proud to maintain ..." and "... will continue to impact ...". This could be improved by listing facts about exactly who the customers are, or citing some third party reference (not written by anyone affiliated with this company) stating that this company is as good as the article claims.
It prominently lists the mission and vision statements of the company. These might be mentioned as an aside, but the wording of these two statements sound promotional (like any good mission or vision statement).
