[edit] ING vs Ing rules

I changed "ING Rules" to "Ing Rules." The English translation of Mr. Ing's work on the rules use "Ing." The rules are named after Mr. Ing, and are not an abbreviation for INtelligent Go.SlowJog (talk) 17:58, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
