Ingrida Amantova (born June 21, 1960) is a Latvian-born Soviet luger who competed during the early 1980s. Competing in two Winter Olympics, she won the bronze medal in the women's singles event at Lake Placid, New York in 1980 and finished fourth in the same event at the following Winter Olympics in Sarajevo.

Amantova's best overall Luge World Cup finish was second in 1982-3.
