Ingolf Elster Christensen

Ingolf Elster Christensen (1872-1943) was a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party. He was Minister of Justice in 1926, Minister of Defense 1926-1928, and member of the Administrative Council in Oslo - of Foreign Affairs, Defense and Labour - in 1940.
