Ingman

Incorporated in 1907, the Ingman Group is one of the largest food manufacturers in Scandinavia, holding a leading position in the dairy sector in Finland, Sweden and the Baltic Countries.
The Group owns and operates production plants in Finland (Sipoo, Lapinjärvi, Kuusamo, Kitee and Urjala), Sweden (Åhus) and Lithuania (Mazeikiai). It has a comprehensive sales and distribution network in Finland as well as in the neighbouring markets of Sweden and the Baltic Countries. The Group Head Offices are located in Sipoo near Helsinki.
On November 8, 2006 Arla Foods bought one third of the Ingman Group shares, with the option to buy the rest of the company.
