Inglewood-Finn Hill is a census-designated place (CDP) in King County, Washington, United States. The population was 22,661 at the 2000 census.

Based on per capita income, one of the more reliable measures of affluence, Inglewood-Finn Hill ranks 35th of 522 areas in the state of Washington to be ranked.

Inglewood-Finn Hill is located at 47°43′21″N, 122°13′12″W (47.722620, -122.219941)[2] north of Kirkland, Washington and south of Kenmore. It is within Kirkland's Proposed Annexation Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 8.0 square miles (20.6 km²), of which, 5.8 square miles (15.0 km²) of it is land and 2.2 square miles (5.6 km²) of it (27.39%) is water.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 22,661 people, 8,306 households, and 6,163 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 3,922.6 people per square mile (1,513.7/km²). There were 8,553 housing units at an average density of 1,480.5/sq mi (571.3/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 86.78% White, 1.39% African American, 0.48% Native American, 6.38% Asian, 0.19% Pacific Islander, 1.31% from other races, and 3.47% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.80% of the population.

There were 8,306 households out of which 38.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.8% were married couples living together, 8.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.8% were non-families. 17.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.71 and the average family size was 3.09.

In the CDP the population was spread out with 26.2% under the age of 18, 7.5% from 18 to 24, 34.6% from 25 to 44, 25.8% from 45 to 64, and 6.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females there were 100.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.3 males.

The median income for a household in the CDP was $72,130, and the median income for a family was $77,393. Males had a median income of $52,222 versus $35,765 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $31,272. About 2.8% of families and 4.1% of the population were below the poverty line, including 5.1% of those under age 18 and 1.4% of those age 65 or over.
