I would like to propose changing the color of the background. I'm saying this 'cause of the change with the Infobox album and single. I think it should be: #80FFFF

I completely agree. I've changed it to #99CCFF since the cyan was just way too bright and distracting. The new color is closer to the muted ones used in {{Infobox Album}}. ShadowHalo 10:20, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

Does anyone think that the chronology should say DVD chronology instead of just chronology, to distinguish it from any old single or album chronology? Yes it should, if this template really is meant to be used for non-DVD videos as well. If it is, we should also consider renaming the template or otherwise clarifying this fact. Can someone make a template to add, for alternate cover, like we have on the album project? See {{Extra album cover 2}}. We could just use that one, but the color isn't right. Thanks. —Freekee 05:54, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

Either that, or merge this template with Template:Infobox Album. If we don't merge them, this is one of the things we should do to bring this template in line with the album infobox. I'm holding off on making such changes until the merge question is decided. Input welcome at WT:ALBUM#DVDs. --PEJL 13:05, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, the merge isn't such a bad idea, but we'd need to carry a fair few of the elements over (region, rating, director, alternating the dicsography to videography section, colours etc etc), but I'm sure it's not impossible.
