Template talk:Infobox kdrama
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is a very unusual setup. Is there any reason for having the template in three parts? -- Visviva 08:00, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
- The original idea behind the three or four part method is conveniency. It allows you to make several combinations: header-infobox-namebox-footer, header-namebox-footer or header-infobox-footer, which ever you're looking for. For example, Bad Housewife uses header-infobox-footer and Emperor of the Sea header-infobox-namebox-footer. --さくら木 10:45, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
- OK, that makes sense. Thanks for explaining. I think the same effect could be achieved with ParserFunctions, but that might be messier in the end. -- Visviva 11:35, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Do we truly need this?
Korean dramas are television programme anyway. I think this template should replace by {{Infobox Television}}. Names in native language? Don't worry. Use {{Koreanname}} or {{Ko-hhrm}}.--JSH-alive 09:03, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
