Please replace:

Please note that you can only upload if you're a member of Wikipedia. If you're not, you can [[:Special:Userlogin|sign up]]! Anyone with an account can [[Wikipedia:Upload|upload a cover image]].

with:

You need to be logged in to a user account in order to upload files; if you do not already have an account, [{{fullurl:Special:Userlogin|type=signup}} create one] first. [{{fullurl:Special:Upload|uselang=en-nonfree}} Click here to upload a cover image].

as the current version is misleading ("member" isn't a term used anywhere else; the link to upload a cover image should point to the non-free upload form, to stop people using the wrong license tag because they don't understand what they're doing -- 86.137.47.240 21:36, 30 August 2007 (UTC)

Done. Cheers. --MZMcBride 00:38, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

Please restore the previous wording in the last sentence: "Anyone with an account can upload a cover image." (but keep the new link target), as we should avoid links named "Click here to...". --PEJL 11:59, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Click here

I personally hate this "click here". I thought all the time wikipedia was better than that. "There are five finger (click here to see the article) on a hand". -- Paul Pogonyshev 13:27, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

Click here to see the reasoning that lead to the current phrasing. Quoting from there: "Links should generally not include phrases like "click here", but I think it may be appropriate to make an exception in this case, because it might otherwise not be obvious that this image would act like a link." --PEJL 13:45, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
