[edit] Guide to parameters

Name: Required field. All others are optional. The player's current name as it is usually listed on team rosters.
Image: If no image, you can use [[Image:Replace this image female.svg|150px]]
Previousname: The name the player started their career under.
Namechangedate: The date (might only be month/year or year on which the player first used their married name as a player. (Might be later than date of marriage. If date and previousname are supplied, the header will display "Played as [Name] until [Date]". If Previousname is used but no date, it will display "Previously played as [Name]"
Date of Birth: The best template to use is {{Date of birth and age}}
